About Germaine

Stop dimming your light for others.

I have been stuck before. I know what identity loss feels like. After my second child, I experienced hearing loss and it forced me to stop. For the first time in a long time, I had to ask myself what I was actually doing this for.

I had been so busy holding everything together for everyone else that I had completely lost sight of myself. That moment changed everything.

I know what it feels like to make a career pivot without a clear map. To leave a six-figure career at 30 to study education because something inside said it was time. To start a business and figure it out as you go. To navigate transitions that do not come with instructions.

None of that was easy. All of it was necessary.

That is the reason this work is personal, not just professional.

I built a strong corporate career before stepping out to build on my own terms. Since then I have been a founder, a partner and a builder across coaching, community and wellness. Along the way I became a certified career coach and trained DISC and RIASEC practitioner. More than the credentials, I have personally benefitted from coaching and personal development at every major turning point. The work I do is grounded in what I have personally navigated.

This is a space for real conversation, honest reflection and clarity. Built for people navigating transitions, exploring what is next, or simply choosing to invest in themselves. Whatever brings you here, I want to be part of that journey with you.
